Nature's Nurse online shopping and shipping policies are:

Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders received outside normal NZ business hours, or during weekends, will be processed on the next business day. If goods are not available we will advise by email as soon as is possible.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and include GST. Prices are those applicable at time of ordering. Pricing may change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. All currency conversions are processed by the customer's credit card company, and any charges made to their credit card is the customers responsibility.

Freight and Delivery costs:
Delivery within NZ costs $2.50 by courier, except to rural delivery addresses where a charge of $4.50 will apply. We can only deliver to physical addresses - not post office boxes or private bag addresses.

Our international shipping charges are calculated by weight and will be advised at the time of order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are legally allowed to import Nature's Nurse product's into their own country and to be responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties or charges that may apply.

Delivery time:
Within NZ, Nature's Nurse delivers via NZ Couriers or Castle Parcels.  We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Target delivery time is 3 business days within New Zealand North Island urban areas and 4 business days in the South Island. Please allow up to 2 business days extra for delivery to rural areas.

For international customer we deliver by Internation Air Post. Target delivery time is 10-15 days from ordering (depending on the country.) 

Delivery failure:
The customer must advise within 10 days after expected delivery if the order fails to arrive within the specified time. Please contact Nature's Nurse by email here admin@naturesnurse.co.nz and include customer name, order number and delivery info.

Returns:
Nature's Nurse Ltd endeavours to deliver products to our customers in perfect condition. If the product is found to be faulty we will replace the product or refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery) within 10 days of delivery. However, we are unable to accept liability for product damaged in transit and we will not refund on a "change of mind" basis.

Payment Method:
Through Nature's Nurse online ordering system all major credit cards are accepted and processed through 2Checkout.com an online credit card processing company that provides safe and secure credit card approval and card verification through advanced encryption technology.

Credit Card Security:
We do not hold or keep credit card information from our website. The customer's credit card information is entered directly into 2Checkout.com secured payment page. The transaction is processed and approved immediately by 2Checkout.com. The customer receives email verification of this transaction from 2Checkout.com.

Privacy:
Nature's Nurse respects our customer's right to privacy. We will not share your personal details with any other party. We will keep a record of your addresses and purchases to send you information about future promotions, new product introductions, free samples or news letters. If you do not wish to receive any Nature's Nurse offers or news via email or post, please contact us at admin@naturesnurse.co.nz to unsubscribe.

New Zealand Law:
The law applying to any contract or service between Nature's Nurse Ltd and the buyer shall be New Zealand law, and subject to the provisions of the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act 1993.
