Rapid Recovery Herbal Sports Rub 

What a product, it is  AWESOME !!!!!!!   I have been using this particular rub for a number of years now, as an alternative to antiflamme which was first used on me by a physiotherapist. I have a degenerative problem with my lower back and also often have issues with sciatica. My experiences with using this rub have been wonderful.It seems to give a great deal of relief from pain in a short space of time and I particularly love  its smell.

I have had breast cancer 13 years ago and do not like using chemical based products which is another HUGE plus with Natures Nurse.

My daughter ( 24) lives at home and is also a convert. As we are both avid gym junkies we have had a lot of varied  injuries this rub has come to the aid of. From tennis elbows rotator cuff (shoulder) and her ongoing knee and foot strains. We also apply it to any bruises and find the same excellent outcome instant and pain free relief.

I've never written a testimonial before because no other product has stood out to me as much as Natures Nurse Rapid Recovery Sports Rub. As a Group Fitness instructor and keen runner, I'm constantly using my body and sometimes there are times when your body feels a little exhausted and areas feel overworked, not to mention, tightness and tension in shoulders and hips.

One hip problem had been going on for at least 6 months previous. I had been stretching, strengthening and having massages to keep it under control. One night in particular I awoke in pain with my hip in spasm where I thought that perhaps I was going to have to miss yet another run. Then I remembered that I had brought some Natures Nurse and hadn't really used much of it. I rubbed it in, hopped back into bed, and awoke in the morning good as new! I was amazed!

I now use it regularly and teaching double classes hardly gets me down. Thanks for developing a product that actually works.

 My husband and I competed in and completed the Rotorua Marathon on 2^nd May. Ross (runner) has used your product before and swears by it as before and after treatment for his troubled feet. I have used it at home for sore muscles after an event on the odd occasion but never before a marathon until now.

My feet were really tired and achey the night before and he suggested rubbing my feet with Natures Nurse Sports Rub. One should never do anything different before a marathon but alas I did. I rubbed my feet for ages the night before and they felt good. I then did the same thing in the morning and also did my thighs and hammies and calves.

I have always suffered terribly from cramp in the Rotorua Marathon as being a walker we have to have straight knees. Would you believe it I didn’t get cramp at any time until I tried to do a stretch after the completion. I was so pleased. I continued after showering to administer your product. I had amazing recovery in my limbs and I’m sure it was due to Natures Nurse.

I have bad arthritis and I used  it on my hands before I went to bed.  I couldn't believe how good my fingers felt this morning. I have been able to knit again today which I love but haven't been able to do for a long time. I am very impressed. Thankyou.

My poor daughter had a bad bang on her forhead during her 8th birthday party. A huge egg developed almost immediately - it stuck out further than her nose and was obviously very painful.

We gently applied Rapid Recovery Family Rub among the tears and took photos to see how quickly it worked.  The first photo showed a huge bump and many tears - but just 20 minutes later the bump was much flatter, and the birthday girl much happier. After 2 more gentle applications (last was about 1 hour later) it was almost hard to see where the bump was. In the last photo you can a very slightly discoloured area, and a happy wee girl.  She did get a light greeny yellow bruise - almost like a very old bruise which only lasted 2 or so days but skipped all the normal stages of bruising (black, blue, green, yellow,etc).It was remarkable how quickly the egg sized bump reduced - almost completely flat well within the first hour.  The lovely lavender smell really calmed her down and soothed her nerves as well.
